- Demolition of existing pavers and screed bed
- Application of new screed bed
- Waterproofing
- Installation of new drainage cells and hydraulic inspection openings
- Laying of new tiles to ensure adequate falls to drains and flush transitions throughout so to comply with the AS/BCA for Aged Care facilities
