Managing remediation of defective building works - Queens Park

Project Description
Multi Manage was appointed as the client-side project manager in order to re-engage the original builder to return 3 years post construction completion and rectify defects;

1) Griding garage ground slab due to poor formwork stripping
2) Remove windows, re-install flashing, waterproof and seal in order to stop the ongoing water leaks
3) Remove cracked render sections and patch
4) Remove sagged kitchen pelmet, install support framing, plaster and install new cornices
5) Complete miscellaneous list of outstanding works that formed part of the original contract
